Malvazija istarska, 2022

The wine has a lively greenish yellow color, is crystal clear and partially dense. After pouring into the glass, the wine opens quickly and shows its charm and playfulness. The first smell is dominated by a fruity note in the form of fresh apricot, followed by a note of orange peel and a note of fresh yellow apple.

At the second smell, a note of vineyard peach appears, followed by a note of green grass, mint and acacia flower, so the complexity of the smell is rich.

The wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft, and on the other hand, it is adorned with a pleasant freshness, it is tasty and easy to drink, and has a medium body. The wine has a good balance, the intensity of the taste is expressed, and the durability of the taste is permanent. The wine is tasty and harmonious, on the aftertaste the note of vineyard peach appears again. The wine is young and playful and ready to drink. Under good storage conditions, it can last at least two years. Gastronomically, wine can accompany a wide range of cold appetizers such as fish carpaccio or Istrian prosciutto, but also fine warm appetizers such as risotto with shrimp and asparagus.

Malvazija istarska „ Selection“, 2019

The wine has an elegant golden yellow color, it is clear and dense. After pouring into the glass, the wine gradually opens up and becomes more and more interesting with each spin of the glass. At first smell, there is a note of ripe fruit in the form of dried apricot, baked quince, followed by spicy notes of vanilla and yeast. On the second smell, there is a note of dried fig, meadow honey and cinnamon, as well as dry grass and rosemary, so the complexity of the smell is rich. The wine is dry, warm and soft and on the other hand has a pleasant freshness. The tannins are fine with fine granulation and the wine is mineral and has a full body. The wine has a good balance, the intensity of the taste is pronounced and the durability of the taste is quite long. The wine is nice to drink, it is tasty and harmonious, and the aftertaste shows the typical bitter note of dry almonds. The wine is in excellent shape and under good storage conditions can last at least another 3-4 years. Gastronomically, this type of wine goes well with grilled fish such as sea bass or sea bream, or maybe with oven-baked Škarpina with potatoes and Mediterranean herbs.

Rose  2022

The wine has a delicate salmon rose color, is clear and partially thick. After pouring into the glass, the wine opens quickly and shows its playful and seductive character, typical of Provençal rosés. At first smell, a note of fresh blueberry appears, followed by a fresh note of raspberry, followed by a hint of wild strawberry with a note of lilac and red rose petals, so the complexity of the scent is partly rich. The wine is dry, partly warm and partly soft, and on the other hand, it is adorned with a pleasant freshness, mild tannins are felt in traces, and the wine is delicious and adorned with a medium body. The wine has a good balance, the intensity of the flavor is partly expressed and the durability of the taste is partly permanent. The wine is fine and tasty and easy to drink, it is harmonious and there is a note of fresh blueberry on the aftertaste. This is a typical one-year summer wine and is ready to be consumed as a fine aperitif or as an accompaniment to light appetizers such as complex salads based on meat or fish.

Teran  2022

The wine has a beautiful lively ruby red color, it is clear and partly dense. After pouring into the glass, the wine opens very quickly and excellent notes of berries emerge from the glass. The first scent is dominated by the note of fresh cherry, followed by notes of cherry and raspberry. The second smell is followed by a note of licorice and a little dark chocolate and black pepper, so the complexity of the smell is rich. The wine is dry, warm, partly soft, and on the other hand, it is adorned with typical Teran freshness, fine tannins, pleasant minerality and medium body. The wine is in a solid balance, although the right side with freshness and tannins prevails a little, the intensity of the taste is pronounced and the durability of the taste is quite good. The wine has a fine quality, it is pleasant to drink, it is harmonious, and the aftertaste shows a note of fresh cherry. The wine is on the rise and in good storage conditions can last at least five to six years. From an enogastronomic point of view, this type of wine goes well with various warm appetizers, such as istrian pasta „pljukanci“ with meatsauce from Boškarin.
